Majmaah University’s strategic plan is a frame of reference for determining the work plans and priorities by turning the university’s future vision and mission into a set of clear strategic and procedural goals. The strategic plan for 2020 was devised in collaboration with many partners to meet the national developmental requirements of higher education sector. The strategic plan comprises a methodology and schematic model of many stages. It takes into consideration an analysis of the outdoor and indoor university environment for better chances and the potential challenges to ensure that consistency and integration is maintained among all factors that may affect the strategic and competitive status of the university.
