Recommendations Advisory workshop for the preparation of Majmaah University Laboratories to obtain OHSAS 18001 Safety Certificate
Recommendations:
1- Providing safety specifications in laboratory buildings.
2- Assigning a supervising party for laboratory maintenance and equipment.
3- Launching a program concerning the spread of safety and occupational health awareness at the University.
4- Dissemination of safety and occupational health requirments among all departments at the University.
5- Providing expert training for laboratory employees.
6- Assigning one unified department to be in charge of maintenance and operation of scientific equipment.
7- Qualifyinh a numberof administrative staff to work as laboratory technicians.
8- Developing the first stage to include laboratories at the College of Applied Medical Sciences.
