Ms. Sharifa Al - Aqeel Date: 22/7/1438 Location: Hall 59 Target group: Female students Objectives 1- Definition of the concept of change, its importance and types. 2- Determining the factors affecting change and the reasons for resistance and its types. 3- Methods of handling change resistance. Ms. Sharifa Abdullah Al-Aqeel presented this workshop as part of the first cultural week of the Mathematics Department, where she said that change is an urgent process and that the effective change is the planned one. Therefore, it must be based on self-conviction of the need for it. She concluded her speech by talking about change resistance, its types and treatment.
