Administrative Accounting in Business Administration

Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Science and Humanities in Ghat Dr. Omar Bin Mohammed Al Omar, the Student Activities Department held a training course titled "Administrative Accounting in Business Administration", which was presented on Wednesday 11/7/1439 by Dr. Taj Eddin Mohammed Fayrouz Ahmed, Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration.
The course focused on the following issues:
- Administrative decisions
1- Management accounting and information provision.
2- The importance of administrative decisions.
-Reasonable costs:
1- The concept of reasonable costs.
2- Steps to determine reasonable costs.
3- Important decisions to be taken into considerations by decision makers using cost accounting data:
1. Purchase or production decision (production)
2. Product mix decisions (commodity mix)
3. Pricing decisions
4. Decision to accept or reject an order
5. Decision of adding or deleting an activity or a losing product line.
