CCIS Media Committee Holds Workshop on "Mobile Photography and Editing".

Seeking to share their skills and interests with their colleagues, the CCIS Media Committee members in cooperation with the Students Activities Unit, organized a workshop on mobile photography and editing which was conducted by the students Bassel bin Tala Al Otaibi and Ayman Barghouth,.
The workshop discussed a variety of topics such as the fundamentals of photography, the importance of selecting the image frame and its composition, angles and tilt and their impact on the quality of photography, the role of lighting in the aesthetics of photography, and the situations in which these skills can be applied.

The speakers also presented the most popular effects used by photographers as well as the applications that can be used to process images professionally.
The workshop concluded by practicing these techniques on a number of photographs taken by attendees own mobile phones, to implement what has been explained easily while stressing the fact that the practice of photography from this perspective will help to acquire professional skills in the near term.
At the end of the workshop, the Student Activities Unit thanked the members of the Media Committee and agreed to conduct an advanced workshop in the second semester.
