CCIS WELCOMES FRESHMEN FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 1440/1441

The College of Computer and Information Sciences welcomed new students of the academic year 1440/1441 AH. The Freshmen were met by the college dean Dr.Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Shehri, the College Vice Deans, heads of scientific departments, and a number of faculty members.

The ceremony started by welcoming the students and then touring the college halls and laboratories to introduce them to the facilities. A number of faculty members and students of the advisory council accompanied the group during its tour of the building.

A meeting was then held with the new students, which was attended, by the college leaders, heads of scientific departments, a number of faculty members and supervisors of academic units to clarify matters relating to educational affairs, academic services, student activities, and professional academies in the college. Students were offered a documentary film about the achievements of the college during the previous period, which includes the participation of its students in international and local events, and the second technical camp.

In conclusion, the college leaders and faculty members responded to the inquiries and questions of the new students, wishing them a successful academic year.
