ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY RECTOR VISITS MAJMAAH UNIVERSITY

Majmaah University (MU) Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren welcomed in his office a delegation of Islamic University officials lead by the Rector Prof. Hatem Al-Marzouqi, who intends to learn about MU’s achievements and original initiatives.
In a meeting held with the visiting delegation, MU Rector expressed his gratitude that a new partnership is expected to be set with the Islamic University, one of the long-standing universities in Saudi Arabia where thousands of students have graduated in Islamic science. Dr. Al-Mugren said “ The cooperation with Islamic University will be transparent and smooth, a measurement will ensure that the work is institutional and organized for better results to be achieved.
After watching a film highlighting how MU has strived to earn the academic institutional accreditation, Prof. Al-Marzouqi, in a speech delivered in the meeting, said that the primary aim of this event is to exchange expertise between the two universities to achieve their goals. He also congratulated MU for earning the accreditation though it was established not long ago.
The delegation was then invited to tour the Deanship of Information Technology, the General Directorate of Services and Pioneer Schools, where they were introduced to facilities and the wide-ranging services offered by these departments.
The delegation was also taken on a tour to several projects carried out to serve the community such as Blood Donation Club Van, Mobile Community Training Bus and ‘Wusul’ which is basically an equipped-bus for people with special needs.
