MU Vice-Rector Dr. Mosallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari inaugrated the second health exhibition at the College of Science and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair on Sunday 18/5/1439 in the presence of the Director of Hawtat Sudair city, Mr. Fahd Al-Zakri and the directors of government departments.
The event was supported by the Deanship of Community Service and the participation of Hawtat Sudair Hospital, King Khalid Hospital in Majmaah and the Red Crescent Center in Hawtat Sudair. The hospital has participated with 4 clinics: the Physiotherapy Clinic, the Blood Donation Clinic, Diabetes clinic and obesity control. King Khalid Hospital also participated with the anti-smoking clinic.
Several government schools visited the exhibit.
On this occasion, the Vice-Rector delivered a speech in which he thanked the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education and praised the effectiveness and organization of such activities. He said that such activities would link the University colleges with their local communities. Additionally, he expressed his appreciation to the national health staff at the exhibition, which lasted for 3 days from Sunday, 18/5/1439.
