At the outset of this academic year, I would like to express my congratulations to everyone with this occasion, and I hope this academic year will be full of success and achievement. Congratulations are also extended to freshmen who are the center of our concern for the educational process to be successful. I strongly encourage them at the very beginning of academic year to study very hard and comply with the university’s policies.
I also wish this academic year to be like other years where punctuality and perseverance are prevailing. All lecturers are also reminded to show unfailing commitments in undertaking their responsibilities towards students.
