DEANSHIP OF COMMUNITY SIGNS A DEAL WITH THE NATIONAL COMPANY FOR TRAINING AND EDUCATION TECHNOLOGIES (NCTET)

A partnership agreement was signed between the Deanship of Community and Continuous Education (DCCE) and the National Company for Training and Education Technologies (NCTET) to provide certificates in IT skills (CIT), which is one of the professional certificates funded by Human Resources Development Fund and accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).

At the sideline of signing the agreement, Dr. Al-Sharyofi discussed the mechanisms of further expansion of cooperation scope to provide professional certificates with the NCTET.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Nemr, supervisor of community training at NCTET, commended the contributions of the Deanship of Community to the society. This agreement, according to Dr. Al-Nemr, is expected to enhance the performance of the Deanship according to the 7th objective of the university strategic plan, 2020.
