Firstly: Tasks
* Approved for the areas of student affairs and educational services, that are helpful and can achieve the goals assigned to it.
* Working on educating students about the regulations and systems of the university, as well as their executive rules associated with students.
* Assist students in choosing the appropriate specialization for them among the college and university programs.
* Supervision on the programs and activities offered to senior and fresh students in the college.
* Supervision on the service provided to students, and the working on developing it.
* Develop the necessary actions to control the students' attendance, and follow-up their regular attendance.
* Build databases associated with students, and the working on updating them.
* Provide departments with the necessary information on the case study for students of the fact that the available information and records are true.
* Take care of student rights, and take the necessary means to preserve them.
* Study students' grievance and their problems, and propose the appropriate solutions to them and the coordination with the relevant authorities in the College.
* Presidency of students' cases committees.
* Presidency of students discipline committees to discipline the violators and the application of the statutory procedures in these issues.
* Dissemination the culture of academic guidance in the college.
* Propose a plan for student counseling in the college, and regulate its use by the faculty members, in coordination with the relevant authorities at the university.
* Propose a plan for student activities at the college, and supervise its implementation, in coordination with the relevant authorities at the university.
* Follow-up the affairs of students who have scholarships.
* Working on building links with alumni, and support their access to the right jobs.
* Follow-up the graduates to see how the satisfaction of employers is with the outputs.
* Working to raise up the efficiency of Student Affairs.
* Proposal for the formation of committees associated with the Vice-Deanship's duties.
* Permanent coordination with Vice Deans of the college, as well as Heads of Academic Departments, in order to achieve the overall objectives of the college.
* Communication with the academic and administrative units in the university in all assisted in the performance of their duties, and the achievement of the objectives of Vice-Deanship in coordination with the Dean of the college.
* Prepare a comprehensive report about student affairs at the college, and submitted it to the Dean of the college.
* Working on the implementation of what is authorized by the Board of the College, or the Dean of tasks.
