1. Implementing and following up on the college’s postgraduate studies policy and diplomas.
2. Developing and reviewing admission requirements for postgraduate studies and diplomas.
3. Managing the college’s postgraduate studies operations, examinations, and committees.
4. Coordinating with the college units about tasks and related fields.
5. Develop induction programs for postgraduate and diploma students.
6. Undertake any task related to postgraduate studies and diplomas.
7. Updating the college's website 
8. Follow up with the college teaching assistants and lecturers about scholarships.
9. Undertake any assigned task by the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research.
