- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the university’s colleges and address them.
- Maintain sustainable excellence in local and international ranking.
- Review international ranking standards for academic institutions on an annual basis, and update the university's goals and plans accordingly.
Long-Term Goal:
Achieve one of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 of having at least five Saudi universities in the top 200 universities in global rankings.
