CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM LAUNCHED BY MU RECTOR

MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren launched the Content Management System (CMS) in the presence of Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shaya’a and Dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Thamer Al-Harbi.
The idea of CMS is an application is used to manage the scientific production of the university such as scientific research, graduation projects, dissertations, books and innovations. The system has three main sections:
Scientific research section: This is used to manage all research grants for faculty members
Scientific content: This is used to manage the scientific production of faculty members including research, books, graduation project, dissertation and scientific events.
Scientific facilities: This is used for scientific equipment at the university.
The CMS will contribute in enhancing the role of scientific research at the university. All data related to scientific production will be easily accessible. Accurate and reliable statistics can be obtained at fingertips. Faculty members can find all scientific research both in Arabic and English.
The system was accomplished as a result of collective efforts exerted by the Vice-Rector’s Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, PMO and General Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
