His Excellency the Rector Issues Resolutions on Promoting a Number of University Staffs

His Excellency the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Sa’ad al-Mogren issues a number of resolutions on promoting some of university staffs who deserve this promotion of all grades below grade ten. In conjunction with occasion, His Excellency the Rector congratulated for all staffs that were included in the promotion and encouraged them to make more effort in serving the nation and contributing to the development of society, in addition to seriously enhance their administrative skills to ensure the development of the entire university administrative system. His Excellency mentioned that promoting such a number of staffs is regarded as an achievement attributed to those in charge of setting and follow up as this number is the first in the university history, and he hoped that this achievement will be succeeded by others that will benefit the university staffs who are regarded as the central concern of the university. His Excellency the Head of promotion committee of ten grade and below, Dr. Musallam al-Dosari that this achievement comes as a result of serious and punctual work by the department of staff affairs either when it was attached to the administrative and financial affairs or after being attached to the deanship of faculty members and staff affairs, thus, we extend our thanks for this distinguished administration and staffs. Many thanks also to the committee of promotion for their follow up of this promoting procedure which is regarded as the first of its kind in the history of university. His Excellency added that the standards of granting the additional premium was applied according to what has been approved by His Excellency the Rector based on recommendations of promotion committee. All university staffs were able to access to these standards to ensure the transparency of the procedures. The promotion announcement included promoting 27 staffs of both gender and from various colleges, deanship and administrations, among which were three staffs who were promoted from graded four to grade five, and eleven staffs from grade five to grade six and ten staffs from grade six to grade seven and three staffs from grade seven to grade eight.
