In respond to the directive of MU rector, Dr. Al-Mugren to enhance the safety measures for female students, the Department of Services has launched a new emergency service for bus transportation.
Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari, vice-rector, said that this service is mainly provided for female students, as the number of students who benefit from this service has exceeded 7000 on daily basis to four different governorates. To meet this demand, Dr. Al-Dosari, explained that the university found it necessary to establish an emergency unit with staff who work around the clock to provide services of different kinds to beneficiaries.
