DEANSHIP OF COMMUNITY SERVICE LAUNCHES ‘YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR’ INITIATIVE

The Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education has launched the “Young Entrepreneur” initiative (Financial Awareness) in cooperation with the HEN Group for Conventions and Exhibitions.
The initiative- targeting children at the ages of 8 to 12- aims to establish the values and principles of financial awareness enabling participants to manage capital and investment skills, which are reflected on the consumer rationalization in all aspects of life. 
The event was held on Sunday 11/2/1439, followed by 3 days of training in the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education on campus. The female students were trained at the Women's Community Training Center on 3 days i.e. 5/6/7/03/1439 in Majmaah Mall; where the children would go out to sell various products from 5 to 9 pm to practice what they had learned. 
The Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Omar Al-Shrioufi, said that this program comes within the framework of Majmaah University interest in adopting the best practices of the local community and serving the children of our country in line with the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030.
In this context, Dr. Maha Al-Kaltham, Vice Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education for the Female Students Department, thanked the principals of Riyadh Al-Ibdaa Primary School, Model Majmaah Primary School, Manarat Al-Majmaah School and the director of Insan Society, for supporting students during their participation in the program and providing them with the necessary facilities.
The principals also expressed their appreciation to Majmaah University for providing the programs that meet the specific needs of students and help prepare them for the future.
