DEANSHIP OF QUALITY AND DEVELOPMENT COMPLETES THE ASSESSMENT WORK OF THE DEPARTMENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY

The Dean of Quality and Skills Development, Dr. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, set up a committee to evaluate the departments with the aims of continuous improvement of the University performance, implementation of good performance standards, comparison of performance among departments, exchange of experience among departments, achieving quality requirements and institutional accreditation, following up on the application of ISO requirements, as well as documenting their work through the collection of documents and evidence of quality.
A team was formed under the chairmanship of the Vice-Dean of Quality Assurance, Dr. Abdullah Bajhazer, as the general supervisor of the team including Dr. Metwally, Bdeir, Technical Supervisor, Mr. Mohamed El Fayez, Mr. Mohamed Abdel-Karim, Mr. Majid Al-Manea, and Mr. Fahd Al-Mutairi.
The team started its visits to: the Legal Department, the Follow-up Department, the Department of Public Relations, the Medical Services Department, The Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, the Department of Projects and Technical Affairs, the Internal Audit Department, the Department of Development, The Security Department, the Department of Strategic Planning, the Department Safety and Occupational Health and the Department of Facilities and Housing.
The importance of the evaluation was clarified during the visits, which aim at the improvement of performance and spreading the concept of quality on campus. 
The team then examined the questionnaires, collected documents and evidence of quality, discussed a few observations and provided the necessary technical support.
At the end of the visits, the team, chaired by the Vice-Dean of the Deanship of Quality Assurance, Dr. Abdullah Bajzar, held a meeting to collect and examine the final reports.
Dr. Bajzer thanked the team members and the University departments for the fruitful efforts that have been achieved on campus regarding quality assurance.
