MU VICE-RECTOR LAUNCHES A PROFESSIONAL CAMP TO QUALIFY STUDENTS FOR LABOR MARKET

Prof. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, MU's vice-rector for educational affairs, launched the Professionals Camp initiative which aims to qualify students of the Applied College for the labor market. The CEO of the Applied College, Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayer, and a number of leaders, faculty members, and students attended the launch.

The camp features multiple extracurricular activities and events that aim to equip students with a variety of skills and enrich their knowledge in their area of specialization. The camp also allows students to develop their soft skills which help them to engage in the market.

It is worth noting that the camp program is implemented through field visits to companies and factories, virtual meetings, and in-person training workshops and the Podcast platform. By the end of the camp, students receive the camp badge and a skills record of all the training hours and workshops that they have completed.
