General Administration for Planning and Management Development is to hold a seminar entitled" the Systems of the Civil Services: Duties and Rights

Under the patronage of the rector of the University Dr. Khalid Bin Saad Almokren , his permanent support for developing the managerial skills of the staff and improving their occupational and professional efficiency, and under the follow-up of Dr. Muslam Bin Mohammad Aldosary, the general administration for planning and management organized a seminar entitled" the Systems of the Civil Services: Duties and Rights" It aims at raising the awareness among the staff in what is related to their rights and duties in workplace. This seminar was introduced by Mr. Saleh Abdalaziz Alshemery, the general manager of internal audit and employees' enquires in the ministry of civil services and Mr. Abdullah Bin Saleh Aldahami, the manager of the promotions in the ministry of the civil services. The seminar was focused on the most important systems of the civil services related to the staff , their duties and rights. Dr. Saad Bin Zaar Alqahtani welcomed the attendees as delivered a speech at the beginning of the seminar which is related to the efforts necessary for supporting the university and its leaders in order to improve the performance of all its staff members and advocate their rights in order accomplish the job satisfaction in terms of the vision and the mission of the University.
