Message from the Director
The General Administration of Strategic Planning seeks to develop the university’s strategic and operational goals in collaboration with all academic and administrative units. It also oversees the preparation of detailed action plans and monitors performance indicators. The importance of the Administration lies in its role in creating a clear strategic roadmap that guides the university toward achieving its long-term goals with efficiency and clarity. The Administration is supported and directly guided by the Rector of Majmaah University, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, who is committed to integrating strategic thinking into all academic and administrative operations. Through a dedicated team and a comprehensive, integrated approach, the Administration works to realize the vision and aspirations of the university’s leadership while sustaining and advancing success in this strategic direction.

What We Offer?
1- To identify the needs of the university as a measure to make the proper decisions based on scientific methods.
2- To improve the means of coordination and cooperation with related sectors in attempt to achieve the objectives of the university and higher education as well as the objectives of the development.
3- To contribute in advancing the efficiency of higher education, inside and outside the university, as well as developing process at various levels.
4- To represent the university in local, regional and international conferences and symposiums pertinent to higher education planning.
5- To achieve the planning structure at highest levels with regard to Majmaah University’s future strategic policies, programs and projects through cooperating with the academic and administrative units of the university.
6- To ensure that planning is established as an ongoing process for the success of academic and administrative performance at the university.
