MEDICAL STUDENTS VISIT MESHLEH AND UM SUDAYRAH VILLAGES

Level-4 medical students at MU paid a visit to the two villages Meshleh and Um Sudayrah as part of their course requirement and in line with the tendency of MU to serve the community at large.
Being accompanied by the head of Community Medicine and Public Health, the students offered health awareness including health food, oral health and tobacco control.
The visit also aimed to carry out a field survey to know the demographic distribution of the two villages and consequently identify the most common health problems in the society. Medical health services were accordingly planned to be offered to patients via the mobile clinic.
