Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, vice-rector for Educational Affairs & Supervisor of Internal Audit Team, inaugurated the series of visits planned to be carried out to colleges of the university by a visit to the College of Medicine. During the visit, Dr. Al-Rumaih said that quality should be integrated into all the practices and encouraged everyone to cooperate with the team in undertaking their task.
The medical college’s visit began by conducting a meeting with the dean and the staff of the college to bring their attention to the major feedback relevant to the National Center for Academic Accreditation.
The team then paid an inspection tour to the college’s departments and checked all quality documents as well as performance indicators. The tour also included a discussion with faculty staff and students about their feedback and suggestions.
At the end of the visit, a meeting was held with the dean to highlight the strengths as well as the aspects that need to be improved.
The team is made up of Dr. Saleh Al-Oubudi –Head-, Dr. Abdullah Bajahzar – vice dean for quality assurance, Mr. Tawfiq Al-Mudeihym – vice dean for academic accreditation affairs and the consultants: Dr. Mahmoud Tharwat, Dr. Al-Mutwali Bedeir, Mr. Majed Al-Munae and Mr. Abdelrahman Al-Outaishan.
