SIGNING CEREMONY OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN MU AND SHAQRA UNIVERSITY

A signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Majmaah University (MU) and Shaqra University (SU) was held in the presence of a number of officials from both universities.
The essential aim of this MoU is MU’s concern to establish a mutual relationship with external educational and advisory institutions for knowledge exchange in a wide variety of fields.
The ceremony began with a documentary film highlighting the outstanding achievements of the MU in several fields as well as the awards that the university has gained locally and internationally.
Dr. Al-Mugren delivered a speech where he expressed his gratitude of the collaboration with SU and considered all other Saudi universities to be partners in knowledge exchange.
Similarly, SU rector Dr. Awad Al-Asmari, extended his thanks for the wonderful hospitality and said that at first glance, he found that MU looks much more like worldwide universities with high standards.
At the end of the visit, SU rector was then taken on a tour to the colleges of applied medical sciences and medicine, deanship of students’ affairs, mobile blood unit and the school of pioneering.
