His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren congratulated MU staff for the new academic year and wished that this year will be full of success and great achievements. He also noted that he followed up with the deans of colleges the progress of preparation such as classrooms, labs, academic programs, maintenance work, renovating buildings etc. Dr. Al-Mogren also extended his thanks to the commendable efforts exerted by the deanship of admission and registration. He also called on students to start this year with serious commitment and perseverance. The Rector also called upon all deans and staff to collaborate as one team as well as creating the optimum atmosphere of studying for students.
Dr. Al-Mogren concluded his speech by calling all the university staff to exploit the facilities provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz and His Royal Crown Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz as well as the follow up of the Minister of Higher Education in developing the university to be able to participate in the overall development of the nation.
