As the University is planning to make a shift in its communication to be replaced by e-communication, His Excellency the Rector Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mogren has endorsed the projects of automating the administrative communications, e-archiving and workflow.
A long study has been carried out by the Committee of E-Transactions which resulted in forming a sub-committee to prepare a proposal about the best practices by all government sectors in Saudi Arabia and find out the positive and negative of these applications. Dr. Al-Mogren has directed to form a supervising committee to execute this project.
In this regard, Dr. Al-Mogren noted that these projects are carried out due to the developments in the field of technology across the globe which will absolutely support the e-communications at Majmaah University through increasing the outcomes in match with the government electronic transaction program (Yassir). The basic functions of these projects are automating the procedures and operations at the Universtiy to increase the quality of work as well as facilitating the all administrative procedures.
