PMO LAUNCHES AN INTIATIVE FOR RATIONALIZATION OF SPENDING IN LINE WITH KINGDOM’S VISION 2030

Based on the directives of Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren, MU Rector, and the follow-up of Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, MU Vice-Rector, the Project Management Office launched an initiative entitled “ PMO and Rationalization of spending in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030”.
The initiative is basically a series of workshops conducted for government and private sectors located within the geographical area of the University with the primary aim of promoting the culture of project management. Help is also provided to sectors that are interested in establishing a project management office.
The first workshop was presented by Prof. Al-Dosari, Vice-Rector, on Monday at the training hall of the General Department of Development. The initiative was launched to consolidate the cooperation between the University and the various community segments. “The University is ready to offer consultations to sectors that have interest to establish a project management office.” Added Prof. Al-Dosari.
