MU OPEN LEARNING PLATFORM (MUX) LAUNCHED BY MU RECTOR

MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren, launched the Open Courses Platform (OCP) of Majmaah University (MUX), in the presence of the Vice-Rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, the Dean of IT Deanship, Dr. Mohammed Al-Wenien, the Vice-Dean of e-Learning Deanship, Dr. Omar Al-Sa’aedi and the Supervisor of Vision Realization Office, Dr. Faisal Al-Mutairi.
Inspired by the national transformation initiative 2020, the OCP was developed to achieve some of the strategic plans subsumes the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The aim of this platform is to offer online courses and training programs, presented by experts, to disseminate knowledge to the community members.
Prof. Al-Dosari, said that MUX platform was technically and educationally developed based on the international quality standards. The courses offered by the platform also meet the quality criteria of designing online courses. Several courses and training programs are now available for everyone inside and outside the university. The Vice-Rector extended his thanks to the rector for launching this platform and to everyone contributed in its success.
