Prof. Al-Shaya’a patronizes a Signing Ceremony of the 1st Round of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Fund Projects

Under the patronage of the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shaya’a, the Vice-Rector’s Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, represented by the Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, held a signing ceremony of the first round of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Fund Projects for the academic year 1440/1441 AH.
Dr. Saeed Banwas, Manager of the Center, extended his thanks to the Vice-Rector for patronizing the ceremony as well as his follow-up to overcome obstacles that may encounter the process of funding projects.
We, at the Center, are very concerned to implement the university’s directives and vision that target new generation of youths to be able to serve the nation.
Prof. Al-Shaya’a said that this fund reflects the interest of the university in work development, innovation increasing and building knowledge community.
Designed to target faculty members, staff and students, the program aims to discover outstanding and innovative works carried by the university staff.
Part of the of the objectives of this initiative is to encourage creative works and highlight their outstanding aspects at the academic, educational and knowledge community levels locally, regionally and internationally, an act that will inspire for more creative participation.
