MU TABLE TENNIS TEAM WINS SECOND PLACE

Majmaah University table tennis team has won the second place and silver medals for the third year in a row in the tennis table league organized by the Saudi Universities Sports Federation in Al-TAif University. The university team has also achieved the second position and silver medals in doubles. In single game, Nayef Al-Rashid and Sultan Al-Khamis won the sixth and seventh position respectively.
The university team members, trained by the coach Hisham Othman, are: Sultan Al-Khamis, Nayef Al-Rashid, Musa’ab Al-Issa and Mousa Al-Farhoud. Mr. Nasser Al-Hanou, Mr. Abdel Aziz Al-Khalaf and Mr. Hussam Al-Rami supervised the team in this participation.
Mr. Al-Hanou, head of sports and scout activities department, extended his thanks to the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Ofaisan for supporting and encouraging the team.
Dr. Al-Ofaisan, the dean, also thanked MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren and the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, for their guidance and follow-up of the university teams in their participation the tournaments organized by the Saudi Universities Sports Federation
