SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND UNIVERISTY LEADERS WORKSHOP HELD BY MU

As part of its plan to build a sustainable team, Majmaah University (MU) represented by the Social Responsibility Observatory conducted a workshop entitled “Sustainable Development and University Leaders”. The workshop was presented by the ambassador Prof. Ashraf Mansour, Head of the Arab Union for Sustainable Development and the Environment.
Prof. Mansour highlighted the concepts related to sustainable development and how the implementations of these concepts can contribute in qualifying leaders who are capable of managing developmental programs targeting the community. The ambassador made a reference to some Arab and international pioneering experiences in this field, such as the Arab Union for Sustainable Development and the Environment.
A discussion took place at the end of the workshop with participants regarding the possible practical applications of these concepts in establishing a solid base of leaders in the field of development as well as the current practices in Arab countries.
By the end of the workshop, Prof. Mansour was honored for his efforts to deliver the workshop.
