THE UNIVERSITY ORGANIZES A MEETING ENTITLED "ILLUMINATIONS ON THE NATIONAL STRATEGY TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION; FUNCTIONS AND TERMS OF REFERENCE OF THE COMMISSION"

Under the auspices of his Excellency the Rector of the University , Dr. Khalid Bin Saad Al Muqrin, and in the presence of Vice Rectors of the University, and a number of Deans of Colleges and Deanships, Heads of Departments, faculty members and students, a meeting entitled "Illuminations On The National Strategy To Protect The Integrity And Anti-Corruption, Functions And Terms Of Reference Of The Commission" has been held  at the theatre of the University City. The meeting was organized by the General Directorate of Planning and Administrative Development, where the meeting displayed many of the themes that shed light on the national strategy to protect the integrity and anti-corruption, in  such a way to support the awareness target for this meeting, which expresses the university's interest and support of its leadership to strengthen the aspects of transparency and integrity at all levels of the administrative and academic work. Also , the meeting has included a discussion of several  axes and the most important ones are to give a brief introduction about the national strategy to protect the integrity and anti-corruption, as well as put forward the objectives, means, and mechanisms of the strategy to clarify the functions and terms of reference of the National Commission against Corruption (Integrity) and the efforts and achievements of the Integrity Commission in the fight against corruption. In addition to review the future awareness programs for the Commission and the proposed initiatives to enhance the integrity in the higher education institutions, as well as the reviewing of proposals and visuals  of the attendees coming through an open discussion with them and answer their questions. Moreover, the meeting has been marked by the reaction of the audience of leaders,  teaching and administrative members and students as well by offering many of the innovative ideas that could enhance the role of the Commission and the initiatives of cooperation and partnership with the University of Majmaah under the auspices of its leadership and the support of all its employees.
