A DELEGATION OF TAIBAH UNIVERSITY VISITS MU TO LEARN ABOUT THE TRANSPORATION SYSTEM AND SAFETY SUPPORTING PROCEDURES

A delegation of Taibah University, headed by the Director of Transportation, Mr. Zaki Al-Sa’adi, paid a visit to the General Administration of Services at MU.
The delegation was welcomed by the Director, Mr. Moteb Al-Maymoni and the heads of departments, and they were introduced to the university’s experience in transportation system and its associated safety procedures.
The delegation toured the various departments and units of the administration including the Weather Extreme Unit, Safety Unit ‘Amen’, Traffic Safety Center ‘Salik’ and the Central Workshop.
At the end of the visit, the delegation extended their thanks and appreciations to the university for the generous hospitality and for sharing the university’s long-standing experience of university transportation.
Mr. Al-Maymoni pointed out that in order to increase the safety level, MU Rector, Dr. Al-Muqren has requested to share the university’s experience of transportation and all procedures related to students’ safety free of charge with any sector that has interest.
Mr. Al-Maymoni extended special thanks to the Vice-Rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari for his assistance in facilitating the delegation visit to the university.
