PROF. AL-SHAYAA APPOINTED AS A PRESIDENT OF AL-JOUF UNIVERSITY

A royal decree was issued to appoint the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at MU, Prof. Mohammed al-Shayaa as a president of Al Jouf University.
Prof. al-Shayaa earned his BA in Sociology at Imam Mohammed bin Saud University (Qassim branch) and a Master’s degree & PhD at Kansas University (USA).
As a leading figure with several achievements over the past years, Prof. al-Shayaa held the following positions:
Teaching assistant in Department of Sociology, Qassim University (1998)
Head of Department of Sociology, Qassim University (2006-2008)
Vice-Dean of College of Arabic Language and Social Studies, Qassim University (2008-210)
Dean of College of Education, Majmaah University (2010-2013)
Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Majmaah University (2012-2013)
Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research (2013-2020)
MU Rector, Dr. al-Muqren congratulated Prof. al-Shayaa for the appointment as a president of Al-Jouf University, commending his great contributions over the past years and wishing success in his future endeavor.
