THE UNIVERSITY PARTICIPATES IN THE MEETING OF DEVELOPING THE SERVICES OF STUDENTS UNDER SCHOLARSHIP IN MEDINA

The University has participated in the meeting for the development of the services provided to students under scholarship at Saudi universities which was held at the Islamic university in Medina. The meeting has focused primarily on issues pertinent to students such as the activation of funds for grants at Saudi universities, accelerating the admission process, incentives provided to students, to unify the regulations of admission at Saudi universities, the role of the universities in taking care of students after their graduation. The meeting was concluded with a final statement where an emphasis was give to the important role played by students under scholarship in conveying the message of Islam and promoting the moderate ideology in the Islamic world. The university was represented by Mr. Suleiman M. Al-Tureiqi, the director of scholarship for non-Saudi department.
