THE UNIVERSITY RECTOR APPROVES THE FINAL REPORT OF THE COORDINATION COMMITTEE ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY STRATEGIC PLAN

Majmaah University Rector Dr. Khaled Saad Al-Muqrin has issued a decree forming a committee in charge of preparing the strategic plan of the University. Headed by Chancellor-Adviser for quality Affairs Dr. Mohamed Osman Al-Rukban, the committee consists of six members: Dr. Musallam Muhammed Al-Dousari, Dr. Khalid Abdullah Shafie, Dr. Mohammed Nasser Al-Sweed, Dr. Khalid Muhammed Jarallah, Dr. Saad Al-Qahtani, and Mr. Farris Saleh Al-Farris, a secretary and member of the committee.

 

Several tasks have been assigned to the committee. Some of which are to review the strategic plan of the University in consistence with the requirements of AFAQ Plan and the developmental project at the university, to propose an effective mechanism for monitoring the implementation of the University strategic plan, to provide a broad view of the second plan of 1437-1440, to follow-up the requirements of the developmental project with the relevant authorities on campus, and to work on implementing AFAQ Plan and providing required reports.

 

The formation of the committee came as a result of the Advisory Council recommendation of the need for coordination between the requirements and projects of the strategic plan, the requirements and projects of AFAQ Plan and the requirements and projects of the developmental project preparing the University for Academic Accreditation.  

 

“On behalf of the committee members, I would like to thank Dr. Khalid Al-Muqrin, the University Rector, for his great trust in our team. We will do our best to ensure that the committee successfully accomplishes its tasks, serving our beloved university and contributing to its development.” The Committee Chairman Dr. Al- Rukban said.  

“Our tasks include the preparation and implementation of the University Strategic Plan of 1437-1440, aiming to achieve the desired success and progress of Majmaah University.” Dr. AL- Rukban added.
