Upon the approval of His Highness the Rector, His Excellency, Dr. Musallam Bin Mohammad Al-Dosari, General Supervisor of the Rector and Dean of E-education and Distance Learning participated with a paper on the application of jurisprudential Tqaid in the provision of cerebral in a panel discussion organized by General Directorate of Health Affairs in Riyadh and represented by Management of Religious Awarness under the patronage of His eminence Sheikh Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah Aal ash-Shaikh, Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia and Head of the Council of Major Scholars and the Office of the Presidency of Islamic Research and Legal Verdict, and with the presence of a number of Council of Major Scholars members as well as specialists in Intensive Care, brain, nerves and emergency from various hospitals entitled “ Cerebral between Medical Development jurisprudential provisions”.
