Under the patronage of His Excellency, the Minister of Higher Education Prof. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Angari, the University celebrates on Tuesday, 06/24/1433 H the graduation of its third student batch for the academic year 1432 - 1433 H, who reached more than 1150 students from various colleges in the auditorium of the campus. The Rector Dr. Khalid Bin Sa'ad al-Mogren extended his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Angari for sponsoring this celebration and presence in spite of all his involvements and busy schedule. This patronage and presence is regarded as a great support for the University and its employees. His Highness the Rector also mentioned that this celebration coincides with the seventh anniversary of the allegiance, making it more valuable. The celebration is held in the headquarters which the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques inaugurated two weeks ago and was given as a gift by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz for the employees of the university and people of the region. This edifice will motivate for more work to be done and will create a developed learning environment conducive to the advancement of the educational process. It is also a sign for the beginning of a number of projects which show the honest will of the leadership of this country to develop the level of Higher Education, and the intensive care given to the infrastructure, facilities and equipment The occurrence of these events is a cause of pride and cherished. As much as the graduation ceremony for students mark an end for a period full of effort and hard work where students will go to the market of employment to contribute to the development of their country and their community, . this ceremony also represents the continuation of the stage of producing students armed with science and knowledge in various disciplines by a newly established university .His Highness also extended his appreciation to the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince His Royal Highness Prince Naif Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for their concerns of the universities and students as well as the continuous support for the development of universities. His Highness also mentioned about the accomplishment of the University in which all the Departments, Deanships and Colleges were completed and follow a steady plan that came into reality for all through the establishment of an edifice that is able to meet the knowledge needs and aspirations of the people of the surrounding regions cities and villages as well as the recruitment of a number of qualified expertise who are able to contribute to the development of colleges. Besides, more academic majors were developed to harmonize between the outputs of education and the needs of the market. This educational system in accordance with strategic prepared by a team of experts in the field of Higher Education institutions and administrative organization, and with the continues support of His Highness the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Angari and his Deputy to target the university achieving the highest levels of quality in academic performance.

The University celebrates in this blessing day the graduation of the third batch of her students who shall contribute to the comprehensive development process where (1150) students from various colleges and departments are graduated. The number of graduates in undergraduate level reached (978) students while the number of graduates in Diploma Programs (172) students. It is worth mentioning that students at the undergraduate level majoring in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Arabic and Islamic Studies were graduated. The University by the grace of God Almighty, and under the guidance of His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Bin Sa'ad Al-Mogren seeks to serve the provinces and centers of the region through the increase in the admission number and the expansion by opening colleges and departments which will contribute in helping people of the provinces and centers to complete their university education without the trouble of travelling and mobility. It is my pleasure to congratulate students on their graduation which is a great achievement and I would like to tell you, God bless your efforts that led to this success and wish you would continue on the path of work and progress. Graduation is an important stage in human life and need to be exploited through the engagement in the process of development, construction and progress.
