THE AMBASSADOR OF THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLLY MOSQUES IN THE UNITED STATES VISITS THE UNIVERSITY PAVILION IN WASHINGTON

His Highness the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the United States Adel Al-Jubeir visited the University pavilion at the Fair of Career Day held in Washington and associated with the activities of the graduation ceremony of Saudi students on scholarships within the program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for overseas scholarship. His Highness was accompanied by His Excellency Deputy of Minister of Education for girls, Ms. Norah Al-Fayez, and His Excellency the cultural attache in the United States, Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa. They were met at the Pavilion of the University with a number of university employees who have briefed them about the University and its growth ,since its establishment, in all fields of scientific and academic as well as the efforts in local development by attracting a number of graduates and hiring them.His Highness was also informed about the chief purpose of attending this event was to attract the best and outstanding graduates of the fifth batch of the program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship which reached this year (6000) graduates from all scientific, administrative and humanity majors. His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Al-Jibreen, Mr. Thamer Aldgash and Mr. Bader Al-Jumaan received the visitors and promoted the university and its colleges.Moreover, they conducted the initial interview of applicants who have met the requirements. More than 80 applicants were interviewed by Dr. Mansour Al-Dueihi for the administrative and humanistic majors and Dr. Mohammed Al-Rukban for the scientific Majors.His Highness the Rector Dr. Khaled Bin Sa'ad Al-Mogren thanked the members of the delegation of the University for the effort and being made during their presence in the pavilion of the university.
