DR. AL-RUKBAN VISITS THE DEANSHIP OF QUALITY AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AS HIS FIRST FIELD VISIT

His Excellency the Vice-Rector Dr. Mohammad Al-Rukban initiated his field visit upon his appointment with a visit to the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development on Wednesday. Dr.Al-Rukban was welcomed by the deanship staff, on top of which is the dean Dr. Khalid Al-JarAllah, the vice-deans Mr. Abdelrahman Al-Rebeya’an and Yasser Al-Huzeimi.  A meeting was held between the vice-rector and the deanship staff in which the dean initiated the meeting by congratulating Dr. Al-Rukban the new position. After that, he reviewed the progress of the deanship plan and its efforts as well as its ideation to launch the developmental assessment that expected t start by the beginning of the upcoming academic year. Dr. Al-Rukban expressed his appreciation about the efforts exerted by the deanship as well as its role in performance assessment in all colleges. He stressed the importance of quality activities, most importantly having a vivid plan in preparing colleges for academic accreditation. After that, they moved to the training hall in the deanship in which Dr.Al-Rukban delivered a speech where he extended his thanks to all staff and encouraged them to double their efforts. Finally, Mr. Al-Huzeimi gave a presentation about the latest system of e-registration for training courses and its features which was commended by the vice-rector.
