MEDICAL STUDENTS IS HOSTED BY THE GENERAL COMISSION OF FOOD AND DRUG

A delegation of Medical College students  has paid a visit to the headquarter of the General Commission of Food and Drug. The students were received by a number of the commission staff who briefed them with the procedures of the workflow via being introduced to the departments as well as attending a number of introductory sessions on the e-system. The students were also briefed on the process of issuing license for drug and how to deal with imported medicine. Students were also exposed to the mechanism of the National Center for Drug Safety and the process of reporting the side-effects of drugs. It is worthy to mention that the commission always intends to educate the society particularly students via presentations.
