STUDENTS OF SCHOOL OF SCIENCE AND HUMANITIES IN REMAH SHIFTS TO NEW BUILDING

The School of Science and Humanities in Remah welcomed students of academic year 1437-1438 at the new building which was completed lately. The building, divided for male and female students, is fully equipped with modern facilities to meet the need of students and staff. This achievement is a result of successive efforts and careful study to identify the prospect needs on the long term. Full-integrated plans have been set up to establish an ideal environment conducive for learning.  Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari, Vice-Rector, stated that the size of the project is 50.000 cm2 with a total capacity of 9055 including students, faculty members and staff. The cost of the project which is 80.402.182 SR comprises two separate sections for male and female, said Dr. Al-Dosari. Every section includes 48 classrooms, 8 labs, prayer room, library, cafeteria and rest rooms, explained Dr. Al-Dosari  Dr. Bander Al-Yehya, Dean of School, expressed his gratitude for shifting to the new building and extended his appreciation to the Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren for his follow-up. “ This project is likely to contribute in the development of educational process at the School” concluded Dr. Al-Yehya.
