Deanship of Student Affairs in cooperation with Kafa Charity Society for Fighting Smoking held a practical program on smoking where a quite number of students and university employees were given some educational sessions in the moveable clinic of Kafa Charity Society. Some of those who are interested in free treatment sessions were directed to the main building of clinic. In line with this, Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi stressed that this campaign targets university students and warns them of the danger of smoking on their health. Dr. Alghemeizi commended that keenness of Deanship of Student Affairs on conducting various educational programs and sessions to reduce the number of smokers and stop this disease from spreading among the society members. Dr. Alghemeizi mentioned that his Excellency University Rector Dr. Khaled Saad Almuqrin is very keen and concerned with conducting such programs that target our students and help them quit smoking.
