QUALIFYING YOUNG FEMALE LEADERS’ PROGRAM HELD

A program for qualifying young female leaders was held in cooperation with Female Association for Social Development (FASD) . The program targets young ladies in the areas located around the university. Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari, Vice-Rector and Director of Social Responsibility Observatory, noted that this program is a result of a memo signed between MU and FASD. The implementation of this program, added Dr. Al-Dosari, began with two phases; registration and implementation. 423 candidates applied for the program where only 42 candidates were accepted, explained Dr. Al-Dosari. With regard the aim of the program, Dr. Al-Dosari said “ leaders will gain the necessary skills and knowledge in administrative leadership from experts in the field.”
