Under the patronage of His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren, the activities of engineering college have started with the launch of the 2nd exhibition for scientific research.
The activities begun with a beautiful recitation of the Holy Qura'an by the student Mohammad Al-Rwayshed followed by a speech for the dean of the college Dr. Mohammad Al-Salamah who made a reference to the achievements of the college which were inspired by the leadership of the university and will follow the same path to achieve more success yet to come.
After that, a documentary file was shown about the history of the college and the success of the academic departments as well as the progress of the students during their study.
Addressing the audience, His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren noted that the university is developing rapidly due to the sincere efforts exerted by the leadership of this country as well as the clear vision and professionalism of engineering college in performance which is regarded as a model difficult to come by. He also congratulated the college for the recording of their patent inventions in local and international organization.
After that, the Rector awarded inventors from the university who won in Geneva exhibition held in Switzerland followed by a photo shot session. Finally, His Highness the Rector launched the 2nd exhibition for scientific research where he listened to elaboration by students about the research conducted by them and how they can contribute to the society.
