DEAN OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CHAIRS MU DELEGATION TO KING ABDULLAH CITY FOR ATOMIC AND RENEWABLE ENERGY

A delegation of MU faculty members headed by the dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Thamer Al-Harbi visited King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE) to oversee the efforts of the City in this field.
The delegation included Dr. Saeed Banawwas, vice-dean of scientific research, Dr. Obaid Al-Dosari, head of Chemistry Department and Dr. Saleh Al-Dahsh, head of Mechanical Engineering Department.
The delegation was welcomed by the CEO of Strategic and Sustainability, Dr. Mohammed Qarwan and head of Thermal Energy Research Team, Mr. Mohammed Al-Tamimi.
Dr. Al-Harbi stated that the university has achieved a considerable progress in the field of scientific research of atomic and renewable energy by publishing in renowned journals such as ISI and SCOPUS as well as obtaining several patents for inventions.
