His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren met MU students who are sponsored in the US. The meeting was transparent in which His Highness the Rector encouraged them to work hard and represent their country in the best manner. Dr. Al-Mogren noted that MU was among the first universities that applied Isteqtaab program using e-forms. He also made a reference to the international awards achieved by the university such as Genève Exhibition. He called upon all sponsored students to contribute in the advancement and development of the university. He also mentioned that he follows up on weekly basis the needs of sponsored students and required them to contact with the university at any time. Sponsored students expressed their thanks to the Rector and appreciation for his concern. They regarded his meeting as a support for them. They then emphasized their needs to the Rector who promised to fulfill them. The deans who attended the meeting also shared their experience in scholarship and the most prominent obstacles faced by them. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Al-Mogren extended his thanks for those who attended the meeting. He mentioned that this meeting shall be annual and awards will be given to the best students. He eventually, encouraged them to work hard and called those who could not attend the meeting and wished them the best.
