As part of communication and exchanging experience between universities and ministries in a number of fields, a delegation of the General Department of Planning and Administrative Development paid a visit to the Ministry of Economy and Planning headed by the deputy of the department Mr. Abdel Aziz Al-Thumeiry and Mr. Mohammad Al-Mada’as to discuss roughly about the field of planning as well as the mechanism of collecting the reports from various government sectors.
The delegation was received by His Excellency Mr. Abdelrahman Al-Rashid, Director of Human Development Department and Dr. Abdel Aziz Al-Awshin, Consultant of Education at the Human Development Department. During the meeting, the obstacles of collecting and analyzing data related development planning follow up were discussed.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation gave a copy of the strategic plan of the university and extended their thanks to officials at the department for their wonderful hospitality.
