‘VISITING CONSULTANT INITIATIVE’ LAUNCHED WITH HAWTAT SUDAIR HOSPITAL

As a contribution provided by the university to serve the community, the executive director of Medical Services and Consultant Pulmonologist for Pediatrics , Dr. Abdullah Al-Olayyan, paid a visit to Hawtat Sudair Hospital within the initiative ‘Visiting Consultant’, a jointly effort between MU and Hawtat Sudair Hospital. The primary aim of the initiative is to bring together scientific and academic expertise to provide patients with the best quality of service.
Dr. Al-Olayyan, who is considered the first visiting consultant in this initiative, received several cases for medical check-up.
Dr. Al-Olayyan is a leading physician and held several prominent positions such as the senior doctor of Consultant Pulmonologist for Pediatrics. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Medicine and a member of the European Respiratory Society.
