The Deanship of Students’ Affairs has hosted a meeting with members of ‘leader’ initiative in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, vice-rector for educational affairs. The initiative is of many set by the Students Leaders Program, which primarily aims to inculcate a sense of leadership in the university students as well as making use of the rich leadership and administrative experience at the university.
In his speech about the leader, Dr. Al-Rumaih focused on three concepts; the fundamentals to become a leader, contemporary leadership examples and the necessity for the leader to have a balance in his/her life.
Dr. Khalid Al-Ofaisan, Dean of Students’ Affairs, extended his appreciations to the vice-rector for sharing his rich experience in leadership and management with students and for his continuous support. This exceptional program targets advisory board students and is expected to support students in the future.
